No Response

On the 14th August I walked into the Woodstock Quarter branch, only to be shocked by no staff at the food counter. I turned around & left & bought food at another outlet. The "STORE MANAGERS", in a previous email claimed they "were unaware" of my previous complaint. They committed to responding to my emails. I normally email or cc Glenda Turpin in my emails. However, today I saw she was unavailable till the "24th July ". Now, how is this possible? I've decided nor to shop there anymore, due to the POOR, PATHETIC SERVICE, I've received from the staff. All the staff, including the "supervisors & managers" requires training in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
