no respect to customers, lake of knowledge

Kwik Spar Hillbrow crn Twist and Smith went to buy, was having R30 in cash and visa card, was helped with lady called Asanda, I asked her to use hard cash and take the remaining balance out of the card as the goods was buying was more than the hard cash was having, she said to me it's not possible and last time I did the same thing, to same shop, same counter she, I told her that it's possible she argue with me raising voice do show off of me. She didn't take my need seriously she's have attitude, she need training, the guy was in counter one get involved him self argue with me took my goods away from the counter. I asked why u taking my things away he said I can't help you because we can't take balance from card then I said you taking without asking do I have enough cash on the card or not then they called another customer while was waiting for a help
