No respect for human dignity

So I went to Spar Boksburg yesterday with my niece to buy a few household essentials . As we walked into the store grabbing our first item we were approached by a young white boy between the age of 10 -14 years of age approximately. He told us be quick as they had 5 minutes to close the store . I apologised and promised to be quick. Still a bit shocked why a young boy will be asked to get the customers out of the store, another lady came to me followed by that same boy . She passed the same message to me saying that i had to be quick since they were closing. I got annoyed but still contained myself and responded by telling her that we have been informed already and also asked if it will be better that we left their shop . She did not respond to me directly however she turned her back on us and said to her colleagues "uthi sesimxosha"in a loud and disrespectful tone .as if that was not enough, mind you all this is within 5minutes . Another lady "storemanager" shouted again from quite a distance the very same message to us .As i went to the tills to make payment the manager went on and on about how people like us end up robbing them. I ask for her name and no one responded. Cutting the long story short we left the store empty handed, disappointed and embarrassed . I m such a huge supporterof Spar . I believe in thier products but with this level of service i received I doubt that i will be buying my groceries in Spar again . The staff has no respect for human dignity and obviously clueless when it comes to customer service .
