No regards for customers

This morning i wen't to Spar in Karaglen, and a lady by the name of Sandra was very unprofessional .Firstly she didn't greet me when i got to the till point which was Ok with me since black cashiers hardly ever greet black people. What made me angry was, she continued laughing with her fellow colleague when she was suppose to attend me as a customer, on my time even which i found to be totally unacceptable. To make matters even worse she needed change and instead of fetching it she calls out to her other colleague for it, until the other lady (Spar employee) told her to stand up to go fetch it. I found that to be so disrespectful because i went to spar to get something quickly and head to work but she just had to be oblivious to the whole thing, i know she wouldn't have done that if it was a white person.
