No parking security

On 22 October at 17h00 I was parked outside Geeljout Spar Rustenburg when a lady fell behind my bakkie. She had a trolley with a 25kg water container which fell over. I helped her put it in her BMW a few cars away and she left. I did not get the company name on her car as I want to find out if she is ok. The owner of Spar said there is too many cars outside and could not see the incident on cctv. When I approached him personally he said the company name could not be seen and there was a glare on the cctv recording. The camera was close by in line with the car. So there is no parking security and the guards are not willing to help
