NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE

It is really PATHETIC how such a big name as yourself with stores nationally have such bad customer service and cannot get back to regular customers like myself! I laid a complaint on Thursday, 29/01/2015, about an incident at your Gateway branch whereby you responded by saying that I will be contacted within a maximum of 7 days to resolve the issue - TO DATE IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
