No Feedback From Spar
On the 17th of May, I wrote a report to complain about service at Spar Pineslopes. I then got a call from someone in customer service who sympathized with me and promise to send me a gift voucher as a way to apologize. Till today I have not received anything from Spar, I have emailed their customer service, no response. I then phoned their head office and the lady that answered the phone told me she cannot help me if I don not know the name of the person that promised me the voucher. Utterly disappointed with Spar.<br>
