No feedback
On 2 Feb i had a complaint about one of the Spar shops. I received a reply from their customer service dept. they advised me that i will get feedback within 7 working days. still nothing. they just ignore you. no wonder the service at the shops are that bad, head office also dont care. just tell me if you dont want to resolve my complaint
