no empathy from a staff memeber

this is my story: I work at the boulevards in Woodstock, Cape Town and we have a corner spar right here, because i work in the bulding i have a parking bay, but to day my wife accidentally took my tag with her to work and i parked in the spar parking while i waited for her to bring the tag, my vehicle was clamped. this expalnation seemed not be enough with a gentle man called shane who had clammped my vehicle.. i know what the policy is but this was an exception.. and this exception could have been enteratainerd ebcause i am a loyal customer of this shop, every day i spend upwards of 60 rands for lunch since october 2016 and this is the second time i have parked in the parking bays. i am even a holder of your loyalty card, i wish that this can be looked at as it leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
