No Customer service

I tried to purchased items at Spar pharmacy at Westridge in Mitchells Plain via savings on my Fedhealth membership on 17 March 2025 and it was declined. I contacted Fedhealth and they did an ‘override’. I returned to Spar pharmacy on 27 March and 2 April 2025 and again I was not assisted. The employees at Spar Pharmacy has on two occasions after 27 March 2025 stated that it does not show on their system. My statement that I received from my medical aid clearly shows that payment was made to Spar Pharmacy on 2 April 2025. I sent an email to Spar complaints department on 23 April 2025 and to date I have not received a response. I am not returning to the shop for the fort time to employees who are clearly unable to assist me. I want a refund on my the money that was paid to Spar for products I never received.
