no customer service

i visited Spar at Game center in Polokwane, on the 14th of October 2017.I was there at 07H00 when they open the door,i was there for a salad,and when i got there i what i wanted was already dished on the bar.I stood there for 5 minutes without any help,the staff memeber were going up and down without any one acknowledged me, no mornign how are you we are still busy we willa ssist you, or perhaps how can we assist to check that what i want is not there. The was a guy who asked another lady to assist me but the lady respond to him, but i didnt hear what she said but you could see that she was responding to the guy. Five minutes pass then i left and ask another staff member do they have a complain form the she said no. What i want is the acknowledge and greetings to the clients.
