NO CUSTOMER CARE

continuously at SPAR Kibler Park I receive bad attitude and unhelpful treatment until i have to make a huge scene. many occasions i find prices are wrong from whats on the shelf and whats scanned it, at times the prices are nearly double whats on the shelf. when i enquire about this all i get is a shoulder shrug and they continue to scan goods. now i get upset and complain. ive also noticed i am not the only person who finds this happening. i think Kibler Park spar could do with new staff members to ensure quality service and ensure prices ar correct from the shelf to the scanned in prices. i will actually prefer now to drive further to attend another shop due to this bad service. they are a disgrace to the spar name!
