no concern.fkr the customer safety

I write with utter disappointment. I was at nizamie spar yestetday afternoon an dwhilst queueing at the cashier, a male came into the store and wanted to attack one the the spar staff. He was very abusive , however the security guard was unable to get him out of the store despite there being 2 of them. They seem to be scared of him and were weak in getting him out. So the easiest thing they did was to pepper spray him with no concern of the customers close by. There seem to be no emergency paln in place. We were choking and im asthmatic and this has left me in a state of shock. Teh culprit was a.small built person . A fit enough security would have been able to get him out and the spray him once out of the store. The sad part was that the senior spar staff was no were to be seen . They ran away into their office leaving the clients still standing and choking in the queue. The security wa told us to get out of the store in a very harsh manner. Not a single person from management came to pacify the customers. So , I and a lot of othets said that they will never come back to this store. So where was management and what plan do you have in place to protect and care for your clients.
