No Compassion for Customers!

I purchased 2x borreworse rolls and had my grocery on the side. I requested the ladies to give me a plastic bag for the word rolls and I was told, in a very rude “I don’t care” attitude that they can’t give me the plastic because I need to purchase 4 or more worse rolls in order to get a plastic bag, I must go and purchase one inside. I tell the ladies that I have too many groceries to go up and down and purchase a bag. I was told there’s nothing they can do, I must purchase the bag inside. I was so defeated, worse part it was raining and could not even walk. I usually buy boerewors rolls on Saturday morning and receive a free plastic bag for my order, especially because the polystyrene containers don’t close properly, today I experienced the WORST kind of service. I am so disappointed and will probably never go there again
