NO CLEAR PLASTICS FOR PERISHABLES AT TILLS.

I am so disappointed with Spar Waterloo newly established protocol of saving costs but neglecting customers satisfaction. Last week I bought some items for the house which included cosmetics and cold meats, to my surprise at the till the packer placed everything together. When I questioned why she did that she said they have no stock, again on Saturday when I went to tops to buy whiskey and dry lemon for my husband the lady asked me to buy a packet because they no longer issuing to customers as they are saving. Today when I went to buy ham, they have always sold vacuum packed ham there was none. Again I asked why is it left outside and not vaccumed I was told due to saving costs they no longer vacuum it but display it, I showed he that the pieces were looking greenish like they are off. I spoke to the Deli manager who told me that :\Staff is on break will return at 15:00 if you can wait for them then they can do a fresh lot and vacuum seal it for you. Also many stores are displaying cold meats so we are also following that trend now.
