No cash back

So they have a Cashback service but I’m told I should wait until they make the money I need,Spar Emalahleni just before N4 ,I’m from Pretoria I left my card I can’t go anywhere hence I sent myself cash send ,and this is the Spar I arrived from,so now I am stuck here ,I can’t continue with my Journey since I must wait for a Mere R1500 from a shop that’s been open from 8am

Supermarkets should decide if they want to give Cash back or not ,coz this is Such an inconvenience
