NO CASH AT ALL TILLS FOR CASHBACK!

I was utterly digusted by the service provided at NIZAMIE SPAR NEWLANDS WEST DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA ON 29 SEPTEMEBER 2017.I stopped by after work on my way home on friday afternoon to prepare for the weekend festivities and i was bitterly stirred up to a bad mood as i could not get the cash i required from 1 of their tillpoints for my CASHBACK and was rudely told "theres no cash" when i enquired about the other tillpoints the women had said theres no cash at any of the other tills? does that even make sense??? how would a business such as SPAR NOT HAVE ANY CASH AT THE TILLPOINTS?how would one dispatch change to someone?well this is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.These Businesses that offer you a Cashback service should be verified by the banks to ensure this sort of nonsense doesnt happen.This is not a first time ive heard of this happening.In future i will not invest my business into this pathetic business and rather go elsewhere where i feel taken care of.
