No business for Spar Rand Park Ridge

I have a different complaint.

I live in a complex in Rand Park Ridge extension 1. I share a boundary wall with a business centre, the business I have a problem with is SPAR - Randpark Ridge. The delivery trucks keep damaging the "shared" wall. Spar refuses to to be responsible for the damaged caused. It is a massive breach in security for all living in the complex. Panels have been broken, never repaired or replaced. Gaping holes in various places. The once corner, leading to the highway has been completely broken down making us an easy target . I have address a this issue with the owners to no avail. I am completely frustrated and irritated and angry about this. My family is at constant risk. I am going to take this issue to anyone who will listen. I am tired of being nice and polite.
