No baking powder available in a Spar

Hi, I shop regularly at Paradyskloof Spar and normally I am happy with the variety of goods stocked. But tonight I went there for some basic items, and was really unhappy to find that there are NO baking powder on the shelf. Of all things, such a basic staple in any kitchen?! And also, the only packet of carrots left in the fridge which I bought (in a hurry) - when I got home I had a better look at it - it is definitely not fresh. With black spots on and the tops are yellow and wilted. This is not the first time that I bought vegetables (in the fridge) that are not fresh. Quite a few times I had to return green beans for instance.

Also, next time when you have an oxtail special, can you please stock (more) 1kg - 1.5kg packets instead of quite a few 700 - 800g packets which is not enough for a family of four or five. This only means that the consumer has to buy more and the shop scores with more sales. I think in future I will just go to Checkers for oxtail, (unfortunately a bit far to drive for me) but they always have 1kg and up packets available.

On a more positive note, I am extremely happy that you stock real Maple syrup now. Only problem is that yours is a lot more expensive than the one you can buy at Woolworth's. But thank you! :)

Otherwise I am happy with the friendly service and helpful staff.
