Never using spar 2 u again.

I was watching TV this morning and saw the spar 2u ad so I decided to download the app. I ordered 6 pies for myself and family. I placed the order at 10:06 and picked the delivery slot for between 11:00 and 12:00. They then called at 11:10 to inform me that they have only started baking the pies then. Fine. It's fresh. EVENTUALLY I got the notification on my phone at 12:10 to let me know they are on their way. 5 mins later I get another call stating that they are not on their way as they are waiting for a driver. 12h20 I got a notification that they are on their way. The pies were the frozen ones you heat up which should take 15 mins. 20 at most. The pies were overcooked and not that tasty at all. I will never be using spar 2 u again. It was absolutely awful service.
