Never order from Spar App

I ordered on the Spar app for items for delivery 26 July 2025. I still have not received my order. On the app it shows as my order was delivered but never was. I called customer care but on Monday 27 July 2025 and they had said they will investigate. 28 July 2025 I got a call from the Store manager at Spar Parkwood and had said they would get back to me but never did. All I want is my money back.
