Never ever go to cape gate Superspar unless you want the manager to call you a ***.

As a regular customer at spar with a spar card I receive updates of specials at Spar. This morning , me and my sister went to Cape gate Superspar to buy potatoes and other groceries as advertised. My sister and I took two bags of potatoes each ( 7kg bags for 39,99 each). When getting to the till another customer said that we should have taken the other bags because the potatoes are bigger. We already paid for the smaller potatoes ( that was opened in any way) . The cashier called the manager called Ricky and he said that they were 49,99 each a bag. Upon discovering his mistake that these bags were indeed also 39.99 each he started getting really offensive in attitude, tone of voice and language. He said it's only two bags per customer so my sister rep**** but it's two for me and two for my brother. ( It was all in Afrikaans) He said yes go go do what you want. I asked him if he treats all customers in this manner at Wich he shouted loudly in front of a shop full of customers at me that I am a ***. The customer behind me ( an elderly lady, and a gentleman behind her in the same que we were at said to me I must contact the head office. They left their shopping as is in the que and exited the store. I asked the teller what the persons name was and she was so shaken because he was looking at her and she said she doesn't know. Before leaving the store another employee assisted us with his name, she wrote on a receipt. I phoned the customer services upon arrival home but two hours later no feedback on anything that I reported. I was humiliated in public by being called a *** , shouted at so that customers were looking and left the store.
