NEVER DE;IVERED MY VOUCHER CARD

Jan 2024 I ordered Gift voucher (the card ) from them, I never received , I called and emailed until i gave up. They never refunded me or deliver the card & Bernice Perumal stopped replying to my emails. This year again Jan i ordered the card again and chose courier option this time which was 3-5 days & it was R250 the courier fee. Still today 14 days later , I didn't get any communication regarding shipping.
