Negligence at Spar

I had an incident on the 30th of June 2023 at Spar Mokopane. While searching for parking at Spar, I hit a protruding metal object with a sharp edge and as a result, I got a puncture. Immediately following the incident, I tried speaking to the employees at the said Spar with no luck. I then decided to complain on the Spar website on the 30th of June 2023. I have yet to receive any form of communication let alone an acknowledgement of having received the complaint. All I ask is that I be reimbursed for the cost of the tyre and that the metal object be removed.
