NEGLIGENCE AND INCONSIDERATION TOWARDS CUSTOMERS
On the 21st of August, in the early evening of that Friday, my daughter got hurt in her foot by a broken bottle that was lying around inside the shop and no staff member was in sight in order to quickly remove that bottle or at least put up a sign for their customers to be aware that there was danger. My daughter was standing in a queue at the till when a certain man walked in and in his own hurry kicked full blow at the broken bottle that went straight for my daughter's foot.

What is puzzling and infuriating about this whole incident, the manager and the supervisor at the time did not even bother to call a doctor or provide assistance to my daughter in terms of taking her to hospital or anything. They only gave her the smallest size of a Savlon bottle, some gauze and Betadine. They didn't even bother looking at the extent of damage caused by that broken piece as to how far in the foot it had gone. They did not even bother to call me as the parent of the injured person, just to alert me of what had transpired.

My daughter is now scarred for life and nobody from this store cares!
