NEARLY ****ED BY EAGLE CANYON SPAR

I am disgusted!!! Their staff nearly ****ed me by incorrectly marking fish patties as chicken patties. I went into anaphylactic shock and they had to take me to Wilgeheuwel hospital, 2 and half hours in Resuss and 4 days in hospital, two weeks off work and no one has even checked if I am still alive!!! I sent them dr letters, the manager was in the resuss area with me for a while so he is fully aware of the severity of the situation and still nothing!!!
