My mom went to do grocery shopping today as she is a pensioner and on her way out one of the security guards recommended that she uses one of the trolley men that wear a Spar apron and use Spar trolleys

My mom went to do grocery shopping today as she is a pensioner and on her way out one of the security guards recommended that she uses one of the trolley men that wear a Spar apron and use Spar trolleys. They are also very much visible at that Spar only to find out they don’t work for the company to assist clients. One of the men ran away with my elderly mother’s trolley full of groceries. I would like this matter to be looked into especially the men that disguise themselves as Spar employees using the company resources only for them to ***** from the elderly. They are also very much known by the security staff and Spar employees as they sometimes are inside the store or by the cashiers. Please have this looked into.
