My Horrific Experience

I and this other lady we approached the door and there was a lady( lady's name Manesi ) and a security guard at the entrance. So what I did was to look inside I saw that there were still customers, so I and the other lady decided to get inside , but we were welcomed with hostility. Manesi said they are closed and I said but it is 19h55 and the other lady concurred with me. She started screaming at us to say we were suppose to knock when we got the door like we expect in our own homes.I went the payments counter but it was closed, I went to look for the oil I wanted then Manesi appears , and she started pointing her finger at me and I asked her not to point her finger at me. She then started accusing me of swearing at her when I got into the store and I said I did not, and said I think right now your behaviour is uncalled for that you are going to follow me as a customer to confront me. So we started screaming at each other as a result the rest of the employees where there to watch, by then it was an embarrassing scene,while this drama is going down at the entrance the store manager was sitting at his desk minding his business,Manesi was also there trying to explain her story still
