My experience at BEANTREE

Friendly staff in BEANTREE but unsupported by the management. I am a regular customer and I have been drinking tea in mug because they don't have teapots. I even spoke to one of the managers (Anwa Mkhize) about it and he promised to act but no action after a month. I found this unacceptable.
