Mouldy and Rotten food - Spar Bredell

To whom it may concern,

Since I didn't get feedback from SPAR's official website where I lodged my initial complaint, I will take my complaint elsewhere.

I frequent Bredell Spar on a weekly basis because it's the closest one to me and because I actually do enjoy going to this Spar, especially after the upgrade, but unfortunately I've had too many cases of rotten food at this particular Spar and I've had enough. On Saturday 04/01 I went to this Spar to grab a few things, by the time I got home, I realised the chicken, creamed spinach and vegetables were sour and off. This is not the first time. I've purchased R300 worth of biltong there before that had mould on it, I've purchased cheese that had mould on it. Driving back to report this is out of the question for me as it's my time and money. I usually just let this go, but this time it was one too many. I've also seen other complaints from other customers about the same thing. Please step up your game Spar Bredell, before you cause someone ending up in hospital! Needless to say, I won't go back to this Spar, I will drive further to another one if need be or to Checkers.
