Moulded Vegan food sold at Century City SPAR

Spar Century City has a Vegan fridge stand where they stock "chickun" burgers , vegan sandwiches , vegan cheese, overall vegan food etc.

This is very exciting for the Vegan community however it is not only about the "promoting of vegan food" or getting into the Vegan market, the standard has to be upheld too.

This was not experienced at the newly opened Spar at Century City.

On Saturday, 2 November 2019 around 9:30 am we purchased 2 vegan burgers from Spar, while driving in the car (on our way to Worcester) we opened the burger packaging and found that the chicken burger had a pineapple round which was clearly expired (it smelled sour) as well as the cucumber.

The "beef" burger has a moulded piece of tomato on it and it smelled sour too.

This was such a disgusting experience considering we are vegan , our entire diet consist of fresh fruit and vegetables and I feel that if you are business wanting to offer Vegan products/ food you need to ensure this will be fresh.
