Money Matters, Not People. COVID EXCUSES 101!

Money Matters, People Don't! In all all honesty thats the impression I was left with today! I have been going to Eagle Canyon Superspar for 4 years now. All the staff are well aware I have a debilitating disease (Rheumatoid Arthritis) Now usually I'm not one to cut corners but when my RA is bad and i cant walk because i am in agony. I usually go in the exit to get works cold drinks as its a straight path that offers less pain instead of via canada the entrance. The Security Gaurd stopped me and told me i had to use the main entrance. Confused i had always when in pain used the exit. I asked to speak to the manager. His excuse company policy which i asked to see and he could not furnish. To say that he gave absolutely no care would be an understatement. I showed him my hands and feet explained why i was annoyed. He used Covid! I was somewhat confused as covid had been around since last year feb and only the last two months had i been refused entry by the rude security gaurd. The Manager was more interested in telling my off for cussing in my sentence (not at him and due to immense frustration) and was more interested in telling me about his pain than any concern none of which was shown at mine. Now I've been to a number of retailers since covid has started even Ruimsig Spar and all offer some sort of leeway for disabled and elderly. In fact Ruimsig even helped me shop because of how bad my pain was. So to put it bluntly. If i am wearing a mask, sanitizing (by the way why do you have sanitizer at the exit if no one is allowed to use it.) And following social distancing protocols. Then surely as a disability i should be offered some sort of reprieve? I am mot breaking covid rules? I am respecting other clients? So what difference does it make which entrance i use. Needles to say i will no longer be using them. Sad really as thier staff are amazing it just seems they have horrible management with no customer skills.
