****** money

I went to Spar Park squire in Umhlanga last week tuesday the 2nd. I tapped my card 2 times and it was declining only to find out that the money has been taken twice from my account. They told me that it will be reversed back and its been 6 days and the money hasn’t been returned to my account. I’ve been there twice already spoke the manager and spoke to the till manager who said she will speak to the accounts department and they will call me back. I have still not received a call till today.. I want my R378 back
