Molded cupcakes

My husband purchased cupcakes from Spar at Gordan Road on the 8th of December 2021,the Selby date is 9th of December, when I took a bite I noticed it was molded, this is a health hazard and I have a daughter that ate it which for me it's dangerous, and a reputational risk to the company.
