Modern day slavery

I went to mdantsane highway spar to collect few items of groceries but I found myself waiting for close to an hour due to lack of staff members. The cashiers are overworked, there were no packers and the queues were too long. In some cases I noticed that the cashiers were efficient but their cash register system is total ****. I normally shop at Amalinda Spar where everything flows nicely and the customer service is out of this world. As for Mdantsane Spar ,to have that kind of service to its customers is appaling because you will find old people standing for a long period of time unnecessarily due to these above mentioned reasons. Staff visibility is non existent, if you are lucky enough to find one , they are clueless about the product that you are requesting or just tired to even pay attention to you. I appeal to Spar Management to treat their customers with dignity. and to also plead with them to put themselves in those cashiers shoes. What I saw on Saturday was modern day slavery. Also it will help to teach your staff basic customer services.
