Missing money from ATM - SPAR BOKSBURG

So my partner withdraw money from spar Boksburg ATM and took the card and left forgetting to take the cash as the ATM takes out the card first. My partner left and realised minutes later that he didn’t take the money. To his surprise when he went back, he asked the manager and staff about it and they all say they didn’t take the money but the slip was there on the ATM. When he asked to see the camera/ cctv he was told that the cameras are not working and just like that R250 is lost... worst part at a community spar like Boksburg.
