Misrepresentation of price

I quickly ran into our Spar in Heidelberg to buy olive oil. On the shelve it was advertised for R70.99. When I got to the till, they charged R81.99. Fortunately I bought only one item, thus able to pick up incorrect pricing. If I had to buy a trolley of groceries, I would not have picked up this incorrect pricing. This is not the first negative experience at this store with regards incorrect pricing. I wonder how many other items are charged incorrectly. I have asked to see the owner but he was apparently to \busy"to talk to me. Apparently not important enough!!
