Misleading prices

Soooo....saturday i went to the spar in Orchards, what a disappointment, having to deal with a manager that doesn't even understand customer's rights nor to acknowledge that they are at fault. so it was me and a group of friends, getting cups for our beverages, when we got there we took plastic cups seeing that on the shelves it stated "Plastic glass R1.50"....shock of my life was when the manager named Nancy advised those cups were R6, the R1.50 cups were foam cups, ***? who mistakes FOAM for PLASTIC really??? then we just exchanged words shouting and all and she wouldn't budge when i told her as a customer i am paying the price i see coz really it's not my fault that her merchandisers dont know their duty and she said it to my face that its not going to happen!! I even have a recording, wish i could upload pictures as well, its not even about few rands lost but the attitude given to me and my rights being violated! I DEMAND A PROPER APOLOGY.....EVEN FROM THAT STUPID MANAGER NANCY.....(MySpar expect same statement on Hello peter as well in few minutes, and everywhere actually)
