MILLS SPAR HAYFIELDS - ARROGANT KITCHEN STAFF AND OLD FOOD

I have been an avid supporter of Mills super SPAR in Pietermaritzburg for the past 3 years, there was always freshly prepared sandwiches and lunch items when I got in at 7.30am. For the past month, there is only old stock of foods. On the 8/10/201 my husband checked with the kitchen if there would be fresh sandwiches prepared for the next morning. The lady informed us that she would take our names down and make sue there were. The next morning, I got into mills spar about an hour after opening, to find only old sandwiches, I asked the lady at the kitchen (a different one). She was extremely arrogant and rude to me. Is the the etiquette of the staff mills employs?? so sad, the once friendly, clean and efficient Mills spar is slowly turning into a dump because of the staff employed! I want feedback, I noticed on hellopeter that spar does not reply.. shame on you MILLS SPAR
