"Milking" the consumer

How do you justify this? See the pics below

https://flic.kr/p/UWMHvB

https://flic.kr/p/UU1hF9

How can Spar try and milk the consumer like this?

See message from another unhappy customer:

Chad Rensburg Sometimes Spar Milk increases from R22.00 to R27.99 at Bluewater Bay and I've always wondered why it's more than name branded products. It's somewhat unfair and full on *****ery! Of course they justify it by putting 'sale' promotions on the shelf to satisfy the customer, not that the prices are groundbreaking. This is clearly a store that refuses to fight inflation but milks (excuse the pun) the consumer of every penny! The annoying part is that prices are not standardized. Spar in BWB competes with Spar in Newton Park! How do you assess a company competing with itself? Load of ******** if you ask me!
