Meyerton spar, no point in phoning aheaf of time

I call spar Meyerton this morning and ask if it is possible to have 24 cheese rolls ready in 90 minutes. I want to collect and drive to Johannesburg, but I can't wait a minute longer. I phone 08:30 to collect 10:00. They said it is 100%. When I came here at 10:00 they have not yet insert the buns in the oven. I find this unacceptable. This is the main reason I phoned ahead and plan ahead. I am very disappointed, as I had to call my family in Johannesburg to say I'm going to be late or I won't be bringing the rolls. I just feel, what is the point in phoning ahead of time. Now I got the buns, and there is almost no cheese on top. This is just unacceptable... I like this spar buns, but if this is the service I will not support spar anymore.
