Metal Foreign object in Spar Glenwood milk tart

A metal object was found in milk tart I purchased. The manager said someone would contact me the next day. More than 24 hours have passed. Still no contact or apology. My 5 year could have landed up in hospital by consuming a 10cm metal object. Disgusting!! No customer care or service provided.
