Mellerware kettle

Still my issue with the Mellerware kettle is not solved yet. Now the kettle is not working at home and also not at my work place. You guys said it was the plugs at home that were faulty. Now the plugs at my work place cannot also be faulty. That's impossible. Please attend to this matter. It is not fair to keep something that is not working. You could accept money for the kettle now do something about the fault it has.
