Meal of death

<p>I bought 2 garlic rolls from spar lakeside mall richards bay only to find out while I was eating it with my meal it was loaded with glass pieces mixed in the garlic butter, Spar lakeside mall bakery and food section is unhygienic,it's shocking that they still have a certificate of compliance to sell food,their supermarket is also in an appauling state.Spar seems to have a very low standard in northern KZN and they don't really care.</p>
