Mdantsane Super spar bad service

I went to Mdantsane Spar Friday evening 20 Sept 2019 to get some groceries, when I came back to my car it had a big scratch at the back and someone who saw it told me I was bumped into while I was inside the store.

I went back inside the store as they have cameras, to ask for video footage of the car that scratched me. The manager who was on duty for the weekend told me to come back the following day due to some security reasons they couldn't check at the time. The following day I was working a 12hour shift so I went back on Sunday morning.

The same manager who I shared my story with on the 20th gave me the most disgusting customer service experience I've ever seen, he refused to help me gave me so much attitude and he even said I must "do whatever I want to do" cause he's not gonna help me I left the store in a very bad state emotionally and I still don't know how I'm going to find the car that hit me I have never experienced such ill treatment in my life
