Masterchef ?????

If customer service doesnt respond, what then?

Good day, I had purchased the masterchef pots and lids from yourself. On 24 December 2021, I was preparing for Christmas and after adding all ingredients to my pot, the lid exploded and i: 1) Had to ditch the entire contents of the pot 2) Go back to shops to purchase new ingredients 3) Throw the lid in the bin as well. I would like to please:- 1) bring this to your attention 2) know how you are going to compensate me for this incident
