Managers don't care

I bought a pack of 4 Spar Grade 1 Avocados yesterday. When I opened the pack today all of them were bruised and rotten. Second pack in a week. For nearly R50 a pack I expect quality. I then took pictures and emailed it to the branch and customer care and haven't received a reply. I then decided to take the pack back. The Veg and Fruit Manager told me to just take a new pack. When I suggested that perhaps they should check all their packs he told me he gets it from Spar with a very 'who cares' attitude. As a branch, don't they check the stock they receive? I think you should still take responsibility for your stock. I then took another pack of avocados and when I came to the till, my RCS card was declined. I checked today and Spar is one of the listed stores where I can use my card. I was told by another manager that perhaps they're not online yet...in a very blase manner. I am horrified by the all three the managers I encountered attitude. <br> I will never set my foot in this branch again and I will tell all my family, friends and everyone I meet to avoid them. The customer service is pathetic and this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
