Manager screaming at staff!!!

Today I went to Silver Oaks Spar as I do a lot as I work down the road. I walked in and there was a lady screaming at a staff member about something and I decided to ignore it, then she started screaming at the staff member behind the cold meats counter regarding orders that another staff member had placed. Before I was able to say anything to her about how incredibly rude and unprofessional what she did was she walked away into the back. I then ask the lady who she was screaming at who that was and she said she was the manager. I strongly believe that you never scream or discipline staff in front of customers, the manager should take the staff member into her office and do that kind of thing there. Praise in public, scold in private!!!
