Manager said we shud put our groceries in black refuse bags

I went to spar rustenburg Square in the North West with my partner on the 4th of November around 7:30... While we were shopping the Manager named Janie came and told us we must hurry shopping he wants to close the store.. We left some of the things we wanted to buy, everything amounted to R1900... When we were done the cashier told us that they do not have carry bags, we asked that wat are we supposed to do cause we cant carry those items by hand... They offered us that we buy a bag foe R64 we told them we can't buy a bag of R64 cause we cannot afford it, and suggestes that why cant they offer that bag for half price cause it wasnt our fault that they didnt have carry bags... The Manager came to us a and told us that we should"CARRY THOSE THINGS AND PUT THEM IN A ******* BAG CAUSE THATS THE ONLY BAG HE CAN OFFER US"when we refused he told the cashier to refund us our money he is not gonna stand such "****" cause firstly we not even supposed to be in store at 8h05... When we want to shop we must come to the store in time...

We told him we leaving with his trolley since well he doesnt have carry bags... He came following us and telling my partner that he is a high risk since well his working for SBV(as he was still in his uniform) and than he will deal with him... The white guy was so rude by telling us that we only deserve refuse bags to have our food placed in that.. As soon as we were outside only because we took the trolley than Boom came those carry bags... They gave us the carry bags.. Where are they from cause they said they didn't have them? Or is it that we black and ******* we are best suited to use black refuse bags... Iam so ****ed and i do not like the way we were treated
