Manager intimidating a female shopper for excersing her rights

Dealing with an arrogant and intimidating manager by the name of Fanie Xirogiannis over a refund as I was overpriced for peanut butter special left me traumatized. Then their Head Office says they will deal with the matter within 3 days and revert back to me, a week later I'm still waiting to hear if the treatment one got is standard.
